Ordinary Meeting Dates

Ordinary Meetings of Council are open to the public and are generally scheduled to be held on the fourth Monday of each month. Council meeting dates for the current calendar year can be viewed below.

Business Papers, Minutes and Recordings

Bourke Shire Council records each of the planning decisions made during a meeting of Council, the names of the Councillors who supported the decision, and the names of any Councillors who opposed the decision. This record is made within the minutes of the meeting and can be downloaded in .pdf format below.

As of 20 January 2020, Bourke Shire Council will also supply audio and/or video recordings of Ordinary Meetings of Council. Persons attending a Council meeting consent to the possibility they may be broadcast to the public. Audio/video of Council Meetings cannot be copied, recorded, reproduced, reused or transmitted without the prior written consent of the General Manager.
